Q: What format do you use for live classes?
A: We use the Zoom Webinar platform for all live classes. Zoom Webinar is slightly different from the regular Zoom Meetings platform you may be used to. With Zoom Webinar, your microphone is automatically muted and your webcam is disabled.
Q: How do I ask a question during a live class?
A: You can ask questions during class by typing them into the "Q&A" box. If you have a more complex question, you can tap on the "Raise Hand" icon and the host will activate your microphone so you can ask your question out loud.
Q: How do I contact Blackridge Artists' School?
A: The easiest way to get in touch with us is to email us at "blackridgearts@gmail.com". We'll get back to you within 24 hours, usually sooner.
Q: Are live classes recorded? How long will I have access to the recordings?
A: All live classes are recorded in ultra-high definition and available for viewing for at least 60 days. If you need more time, contact us and we can set up extended access in many cases.
Q: "Where do I submit my homework for feedback?"
A: Each instructor will have a specific forum for submissions. Often they use a private Facebook group page but occasionally we host submissions right here on our website. Your instructor will let you know where to submit during the introduction to the class.
